Update: I guess this update to this Arcane Archer build is long overdue. When I originally posted this build in 2012, it was the thing. Your almost a full caster and still can shot a bow pretty well. However, how times have changed for caster archers.

I really like the Arcane Archer Prestige Class from D&D 3.5e and I wanted to convert an option for it. Decided to build at is a Ranger Archetype because the flavor text to the Arcane Archer made it feel like a Ranger type thing. I have thought about maybe setting it up as a Fighter Archetype instead. Maybe later. But, for now, here is a Ranger The epic arcane archer is a living extension of the bow, capable of achieving wonders of archery that cause lesser beings to gape in awe. As an epic archer, the path you pursue depends greatly on the path you took to qualify for the class.
